FLU, COVID OR TB


I am not a Doctor, and have outlived a number of local medicos.   All of my life I have trusted herbal rememdies for what ails me and my family.  This time of crisis is no different.

I come from a long line of women who in ancient days could have been called ‘Witch Doctors”.  Some people do say about me “look out, here comes the Witch”, or if they are unwell “Don’t talk to me about Yoga!”  I do of course, although I understand everyone can decide which way they want to go.

It seems to me that COVID mirrors much of what would have been called TB in earlier years.  I remember those horrid vaccinations.  I didn’t have to have one, as the injected reagent brought up a large lump, theoretically proving I was immune.

If you research into TB, (an acute respiratory distress syndrome as was SARS and as is COVID) and the conditions areound Wuhan the apparent source of the current “pandemic” and the conditions which caused the 1918 pandemic, it is amazing how similar they were, and how they provided the ideal conditions for the spread of the disease.   March is a peak surge of TB in Wuhan.  The  dust storms, and clouds of pollution (far exceeding WHO standards)  are the ideal vehicle for the spread of disease.  Whatever it has mutated to, or whatever we call it now - in this case COVID19.  The fact that the disease mirrors TB, and similarity of the 1918 outbreak conditions and the recent  Wuhan crisis is beyond co-incidence. I would love to be wrong.

To boost your immune system, and increase your overall health and your body’s ability to withstand this onslaught, I suggest you look carefully at these supplements...

*A multivitamin daily - one that is high in A,C,B and E.
* A half teaspoon of magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salts) daily
*Vitamin C.  mega doses of this please.  If loose stools develop you know that you have super- saturated the body.  Ease back a bit until the stools normalise, but keep on taking C.
*Zinc - whatever is recommended as the maximum dose for your age and weight
*Vitamin D3

**Aged Garlic **Thyme **Red Sage **Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) **Turmeric
**quarter of a Lemon with the pith and skin.

The herbs (**) could be made into a daily tonic suspended in Apple Cider Vinegar, and taken by the teaspoon three times a day.
NB:  Vitamin C intravenously is proving to be a very good ally in recovery from this disease.  Taking it as often as you can through the day orally, is a good ” insurance policy”.
