HEMP BREAKFAST/LUNCH FRESH

What do you have for breakfast and your lunch?

HEMP OIL BREAKFAST:   I don't do the same every day, but I do love HEMP OIL, HEMP SEEDS, (I use a brand called ROYAL HEMP) garlic, and a slice of home made bread.  "OOO" I am hungry just thinking about it.  I have shown you how to make it before, but it bears repeating.

I have a lovely little bowl for grating garlic - grate a clove, add a teaspoon of hemp powder, add enough oil to cover, and use a slice of toast to mop it up.   Luscious.

Hemp oil is a wonderful food, with amazing levels of protein, and complete Omegas 3, 6 and 9, as are the seeds and the powder.  Once you have had this for breakfast you will be working on the front line  -  increasing your antibodies and your resistance to disease.  Something the authorities are neglecting to mention in relation to Corona Virus.  Instead of lining up for the missing toilet paper we should all be taking more vitamin C, making sure we are eating fresh vegetables, lots of garlic, balanced proteins, and your Omegas.  And you feel fantastic.

HALVA OATS:  Today for lunch I had Halva Oats.

INGREDIENTS (approximate - you can adjust to taste)
1  Tablespoon of oats,
1 Dessert spoon of chia seeds,
1 Dessert spoon of oat bran.

I drowned that mix in water.
Microwave for 1 minute  or heat on a stove top.
Then, I added about 2 tablespoons of finely grated carrot, and milk (you could use oat or sesame milk).

Warm it up, and decant into a nice bowl.  Then top with sunflower/ sesame and pepito seeds.  Drizzle with maple syrup (or not - it is sweet enough without it)

This is a great breakfast, but you can use it any time of the day.  I think it contains about 180 calories (less than slice of bread), and is really filling.
